Weight Loss for Life

Congratulations on focusing on such an important aspect of your health! Your decision to lose your excess weight and create a lifetime of wellness, vitality and longevity, with proper follow through, can pay huge dividends to your quality of life for years to come.

We all know the weight problem in America is a top health priority for our nation and for each individual who is struggling with this challenge. Unfortunately, the information on diets and weight loss is extremely confusing. The good news is that there is a very clear path to losing weight in a predictable and extremely healthy way, that not only results in fewer pounds and inches, but also in a much greater level of health and vitality.  

I have been working with patients on diet and weight loss for over 30 years. I am considered an expert on the subject, as I have taught health professionals around the country about weight loss for over 16 years and supported over 100 health practitioners in personally losing weight.

The weight loss program I use with patients is much more than just a diet. It is very common for patients to experience greater levels of vitality, better sleep quality, less pain and inflammation, lowered blood pressure and cholesterol (if theirs is high at the outset), clearer skin, disappearance of chronic digestive complaints, and many other changes. Losing weight is one thing. Keeping it off is another, and is really a key to a lifetime of health and wellness. Two significant focuses of our weight loss program are an educational system and a follow-up program. Keeping weight off is where most Americans are unsuccessful. They lose the weight and then put it back on again, oftentimes over and over. It is actually not surprising that this is the most common pattern. The primary reason for this is that it “looks” like it will be easier to keep the weight off than to lose it in the first place. The truth is, keeping the weight off is actually the greater challenge and the area where individuals need the most support, follow up, and education.
