Here we are once again, in the midst of the Joy and Frenzy of the big deal holidays that most of us look forward to, although frequently with some trepidation.

My staff and I thank you, for your continued focus on health and for choosing us to make sure you achieve the health goals you desire.  I consider it a blessing and an honor that you choose us as your partner in one of our most important aspects of life.  It is often obvious to me that the healthier we are, the easier it is to live fuller lives and to contribute to the lives of others in a bigger way.

So, enjoy your holidays, celebrate and enjoy with family and friends, but at the same time, be wise, and do all you can to Stay Healthy Through the Holidays.  Toward that end, here is a link to my Holiday Eating Guide.  Additionally, take this opportunity to spend more time outdoors, playing and exercising.  Make sure to be smart and thorough about taking your supplements during these fun, but often stressful times.

We look forward to serving you in an even more thorough and healthy way in 2012!

Holiday Hours

We are closed on Friday afternoon, Dec. 23rd, Monday, Dec. 26th and Monday, Jan. 2.

I will have clinic hours on both Tues. Dec. 27th, Tues. Jan. 3rd.  Please be sure to call asap if you need to get in as my schedule is very booked these days.

If you need to get in and my schedule is packed, please see either Dr. Kara or Dr. Mark and they will take good care of you.

Where's Niko?

As of Tuesday, Dec. 27th, when you come to the clinic you will probably be wondering "where's Niko"?  Well the good news and the bad news is that he is in Whittier and Fullerton!  Yes, I know it's shocking, why would a Santa Barbarian move there?  The good news is that Niko is taking his next step and is beginning Chiropractic College just after the first of the year!

We will all miss him for now, but hopefully someday down the road he returns ready to help out in a whole new way.  In the meantime he will continue to edit my newsletters, which always require serious attention, and work on online projects for us while he is busy studying and attending a lot more L.A. Kings Hockey games.  I am sure you, like all of us,

will miss him and wish him the absolute best in his new adventure

And Here's Alice!

With Niko gone there was a big hole to fill, and I am very pleased to say we've found someone we're already glad to have as part of SBWFL Team; a bright, very pleasant, service oriented young woman, Alice Philbrick.

We have forced Alice to sign a 10 year deal, so we expect her to know you and the rest of your family quite well, and to be of great service to all of us.

If you haven't done so already, please be sure to introduce yourself to Alice next time you are in.

Best New Product of the Year!

This year the award, chosen by yours truly, for The Best New Product of 2011 goes to Xymogen's Brain Sustain!  This is a really smart product, designed by the world's top nutritional neurologists, and provides a whole lot of very high quality nutrients for the brain (also great for patients with cardiovascular risks), at a very good price for what you get.  It has also become our number one seller in the meal replacement category.

Here is a link to my original article on Brain Sustain, which details out "how to get $294 worth of nutrients for free?"

Coming Soon - Holiday Recovery and Rejuvenation

This program has grown in popularity over the years.  It is a quick, catch up, trim down, make you feel better quickly after the holidays.  We will have it ready for you starting the first of the year, including Dr. Dale's Rejuvenation Soup Recipe.  I'll also send a schedule of my January Classes on Healthy Blood Sugar and Healthy Weight Loss, Essential Keys to a Lifetime of Wellness.

Quote of the Month - In Honor and Respect for Steve Jobs

Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes... the ones who see things differently - they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.
